Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your relationship with Juicytalk. Read them carefully — they affect your legal rights.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account on Juicytalk or by using any part of the Juicytalk service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree you must stop using Juicytalk immediately.
2. Eligibility
Juicytalk is offered only to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using Juicytalk you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Your Juicytalk account
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials of your Juicytalk account. You must keep your contact email current so that we can reach you about important service notices.
4. Service description
Juicytalk provides AI girlfriend chat experiences. The personalities, voices and images presented inside Juicytalk are generated by software and do not represent real persons. Every interaction on Juicytalk is fictional.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Juicytalk to threaten, harass, defame or harm any person, to request content involving minors, real-world violence, weapons creation or any activity that violates the law in your jurisdiction.
6. User content
Anything you send to your AI companion on Juicytalk is considered user content. You retain ownership of your user content and grant Juicytalk a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of delivering replies to you.
7. AI-generated content
Replies, voice notes and images you receive on Juicytalk are produced by automated systems. Juicytalk cannot guarantee factual accuracy and you must not rely on Juicytalk for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
8. Subscriptions and billing
Juicytalk offers free and paid plans. Paid plans on Juicytalk renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel inside your Juicytalk account at any time and your access will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
9. Refunds
Because digital chat consumption begins immediately, Juicytalk paid plans are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
10. Free trial usage
If Juicytalk offers you a free trial, the trial is limited to one per person. Abuse of free trials, including the creation of multiple Juicytalk accounts to extend free usage, will result in termination.
11. Privacy
Your use of Juicytalk is also governed by the Juicytalk Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Intellectual property
The Juicytalk name, logo, software, models, prompts and visual assets are owned by Juicytalk or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or resell any part of Juicytalk without our prior written consent.
13. Trademarks
Juicytalk and the Juicytalk wordmark are trademarks of Juicytalk. All other trademarks displayed inside Juicytalk are the property of their respective owners.
14. Feedback
If you send Juicytalk a suggestion, idea or feature request, you grant Juicytalk an irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the service.
15. Third-party services
Juicytalk may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and Juicytalk is not responsible for them.
16. Service availability
Juicytalk strives for high availability but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times in all regions.
17. Suspension and termination
Juicytalk may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the service, or use Juicytalk in a way that risks harm to other users or to the platform itself.
18. Account deletion by you
You may delete your Juicytalk account at any time from the settings page. Once deleted, your chat history is removed from active systems within thirty days.
19. Changes to the service
Juicytalk is constantly evolving. We may add, remove or change features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for changes that materially affect paid plans.
20. Disclaimer of warranties
Juicytalk is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juicytalk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juicytalk and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid Juicytalk in the twelve months preceding the claim.
22. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Juicytalk harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.
23. Export controls
You may not use Juicytalk in any jurisdiction that prohibits the import or use of the service, and you confirm you are not on any sanctions list.
24. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Juicytalk is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
25. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from your use of Juicytalk will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Juicytalk is established.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
27. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Juicytalk Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms you accepted at checkout, form the entire agreement between you and Juicytalk.
28. Updates to these Terms
Juicytalk may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Juicytalk after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
